Marisel Salazar is a James Beard Award judge, Michelin Guide contributor, restaurant critic, and food writer with roots in Cuba, Panama, and Peru. Living in New York City, Salazar's work has appeared in top publications, and she has been featured on major television shows, bringing her unique perspective on food to a wide audience.
