A $40 pre-fixe menu. At the time, the chefs were Paul Bertolli and David Tanis, and cooks Peggy Smith (Cowgirl Creamery) and Amaryll Schwertner (Boulette's Larder) were also working there. Minor wrinkling, else very good.
