A 5-course menu including lobster bisque and grilled quail, for $35. At the time, the chefs were Paul Bertolli and David Tanis, and cooks Peggy Smith (Cowgirl Creamery) and Amaryll Schwertner (Boulette's Larder) were also working there. Creases from folding as well as at corners, else very good.
