Welcome to the Bras family's personal garden. Chef Michel Bras created it at the same time as his now world famous restaurant, Le Suquet. Today he maintains and cultivates it, allowing Sébastien, his son who is now in charge of the restaurant, to create a cuisine with surprising, incomparable, natural, seasonal flavors. Nestled in the hollow of Aubrac, overlooking Lake Soulages, it contains over 250 plants from around the world like Para watercress, epazote, Mexican tomatillo, day lily, shiso and other rau-ram.
Le Goût du Jardin shares the story of the garden with botanical information on all of the plants grown, recipes and beautiful large-scale photography throughout.
