Yann Couvreur, a rising star in Parisian pastry, was trained at the Trianon Palace, at the Carré des Feuillants and at the Hyatt park. Former pastry chef at the luxury Eden Rock Saint-Barthélémy, Burgundy and Prince de Galles hotels, he opened two pastry shops in Paris, one near the Canal Saint-Martin, the other in the Marais; in 2018 he invested in Galeries Lafayette.
