Former pastry chef of luxury hotels Eden Rock Saint-Barthélémy, Burgundy then Prince of Wales, he opened two pastry shops in Paris, one in May 2016 near the Canal Saint-Martin, the other in June 2017 in the Marais.
This first book, modern and elegant, takes up the visual identity of its shops including its mascot, the fox. The book brings together 80 recipes, mostly sweet but also some savory dishes.
