(African American) Wilson, Mary Tolford. Peaceful Integration: The Owner's Adoption of his Slaves' Food.

11 pp. (pp. 116-127). Stapled wrappers. Reprint from the Journal of Negro History, Vol. XLIX. N.p.: Journal of Negro History, 1964.

Despite the awful and dated title, this is a fascinating early work on the subject of the foodways of the African diaspora, specifically four crops: peanuts, black-eyed peas, sesame, and okra. Very good.
