Chelsea Pei-Chun Tsai is the founder of Cookinn Taiwan, a culinary instructor, and the author of TASTE TAIWAN: Recipes from Taiwanese Home Kitchens. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo in 2014, she devoted herself to culinary education and cultural exchange through food.
In 2018, she established Cookinn Taiwan, an award-winning cooking school in Taipei that offers immersive culinary experiences to international visitors. Her cookbook, published in 2023, captures the essence of Taiwanese home cooking and brings its rich flavors to a global audience.
Chelsea has been invited by Taiwan’s Tourism Administration to lead culinary workshops across North America, the UK, Malaysia, and Australia & New Zealand. She is also a trusted instructor for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), and various multinational corporations.
Most recently, she developed bilingual educational materials on Taiwanese cuisine for local high schools, aiming to inspire the next generation through hands-on learning and cultural appreciation.
Lillian Lin - is the co-owner of Yun Hai Shop, a Taiwanese pantry brand dedicated to bringing visibility to the cuisine and culture of Taiwan. Yun Hai works directly with artisans, farms, and breweries across Taiwan to bring artisanal pantry staples such as soy sauces, sesame oils, and Taiwanese dried fruits to the US. Featured in Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, and Eater, Yun Hai can be found online and in person at their Brooklyn store.
