Michel Bras' iconic first cookbook, covering his cuisine of the Midi-Pyrenees, from his restaurant in Laguiole and wih images of the surrounding countryside. There is a section on regional wines, as well as one on local edible plants, with color drawings illustrating flowers. Bras (1946-present) was an early promoter of the foraging movement, wandering the Midi-Pyrenees in search of herbs and edible plants to use in his Nouvelle Cuisine. About fine; rare.
