A printed menu from the restaurant, presenting a seasonal 4-course prix-fixe menu for $45, including Chino Ranch green bean salad with walnuts and nasturtiums, morel ravioli in brodo, and spit-roasted Moonshadow Ranch pork. Of the menus, Curtan says, "Alice decided that she wanted printed color covers for the downstairs dining room's prix-fixe menus. To accommodate the changing nightly menus, I printed a sheet that could be folded to make a cover; the menu for the evening was photocopied onto its inside page. The covers...have seasonal imagery that changed every six weeks or so...." Fine.
