Curtan writes of this menu, "Alan Tangren, with his soft-spoken, low-key manner, was s force in the restaurant for many years as a cook, pastry chef, and extraordinary forager...He was instrumental in establishing the vast network of producers who supply the Chez Panisse kitchens with excellent organic ingredients. His retirement part was held appropriately at the Cannard Farm in Sonoma County." Tiny crease to upper left corner, else near fine.
