A cookbook of American and Chilean recipes, in English and Spanish, published by the Association of American Women in Chile. Despite declaring in its title that this is an American cookbook, it is in fact replete with Chilean recipes, including cocktails like Pisco sour, Chilean Manhattan, pichuncho (Chilean martini). Also contains recipes for pickled quail, chupe de mariscos, how to prepare locos (a fish sold at local farmers markets), etc. There are also plenty of classic American dishes represented. Ads are for local food and wine businesses. Mild rubbing to extremities, else very good.
