Chicken Creole, chipolata of young rabbit, roast pheasant adorned in plumage, roast squab with water cress, canvas back duck, and perhaps my favorite: the George Washington camp fire chicken stew (!). A few small pencil marks at favorite recipes, mild wear to corners, else very good.
