An elegant manuscript menu, with wines and liqueurs written in red ink (as well as cigars). Dinner began with Blue Point oysters, and continued with numerous courses, including sole Française in white wine, duck with fresh mushrooms, artichokes in Hollandaise sauce, etc. Signatures of attendees (with various 19th c. dates) in pencil to verso. Fine.
