The scarce first edition of De Cabria's book, made popular by its second edition a couple decades later. Unusual in that it calls for measurements for each ingredient - an early Mexican cookbook to do so. Dry cod "Viscay," fish with olive sauce, rice with okra, pork lacones soup, stuffed red pimentos, etc. Spine head and corners rubbed, black smudge to front cover, else very good.
