Another signature below is a mystery. The menu is a souvenir of a 1976 tour of Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne called “The Joys of Wine,” sponsored by Sherry-Lehmann, the New York wine merchants, and organized and led by Richard Olney.
