Weekly menus, typed and photocopied, was how Chez Panisse presented their menus in the early days, alongside occasional special menus designed by David Lance Goines and later Patricia Curtan. These have occasional notes from former owner Tom Ingalls in margins, and some have creases from folding, but generally very good.
