The second program put on by Bay Area restaurants, hotels and U.C. Berkeley for a benefit concert and culinary event for people fighting AIDS. Some of the participating restaurants who contributed recipes to the program included China Moon, Zuni Cafe, Hayes Street Grill, Greens, Fog City Diner, Postrio, Stars, Chez Panisse, Square One, the Mandarin and more. Laurie Anderson and composers Philip Glass and John Adams headlined the concert.
