San Francisco chef/restaurateur Gordon Drysdale's copy, with his small signature to upper front free endpaper. Pierre and his brother Jean opened their countryside restaurant in Roanne after apprenticing with the best chefs in Paris; in 1955, they won a Michelin star, and by 1968, they had won their third. Pierre's son, Michel, is currently at the helm of Maison Troisgros. Chipping to jacket spine ends and a bit to jacket extremities, else very good.
