20 pp. Illus. with vignettes. Pictorial yellow wrappers. First Edition. Blackwell, OK: Blackwell Cheese Co., 1933.
Blackwell Cheese Co. was likely one of very few cheesemakers in Oklahoma, and the fact they were operating during the Great Depression is certainly a story of a rare survival. Recipes include cheese nips, rarebit sandwiches, baked eggs with spinach sauce, rinktum diddy, etc. Some faint, small stains to wrappers, otherwise very good.
