(Mexican - Alcohol) Martin Fonts. Tratado Teorico Practico de la Fabricacion de Vinos y Licores de Todas Clases y Cervezas: Completo Manual del Cantinero
$250.00
/
Title page illustration of a distilling machine. [2], [9-210]. (Pages 3-8 and 211-212 provided in facsimile; original title page present). Period half cloth & mottled boards. Fourth Edition. Mexico: Libreria Madrilena de Juan Buxo, 1901.
A very scarce book on how to run your own cantina in Mexico by making your own wine, beer and liquor, as well as bitters, liqueurs, vinegars, and more. Fair condition with wear to covers as well as the missing interior pages. Some occasional darkening or splotches to brittle pages, but all appear legible. A remarkable survival.
