This book chronicles the great recipes of the Christian Escribà, owner of the Escribà bakeries in Barcelona and pioneer in the merging of pastry with spectacle and arts. Son of the acclaimed chocolatier Antoni Escribà, Christian is one of the prime examples of spectacle-pastry for great events, with a large exhibition hall in one of his two stores. He never says no to any order, no matter how impossible it may seem to be made.
