A bilingual ship's menu (in French and English), with an 18th c. illustration in color of the Chateau de Rambouillet in the town with the eponymous name, located in the Île-de-France region in northern France. On the menu are French specialties like sea bass Nicoise, salade aux herbes, stewed Mirabelle plums, etc. Near fine.
