An interesting variant in that this was a special vegetarian menu for a traveler who requested it. Number 6 in a series of menus designed with images of native Australian flowers by Strom Gould. This one features 3 flowers and a beetle: the Large Christmas Bell, a Christmas Bush, Mistletoe, and Christmas Beetle.
