32 pp. Illus. throughout in rose color. Pictorial wrappers. First Edition. Paris: Compagnie Coloniale, 1903.
A beautifully illustrated Art Nouveau book on chocolate, with an addition chapter on tea, from a renowned French importer of French colonial products. Images are drawings of chocolatiers at work, as well as fantastical fairies eating chocolate, and Japanese women preparing tea. Small piece lacking from upper corner of front wrapper, some discoloration or spots to wrappers, else good; interior is in fine condition.
