SIGNED by Markadian on the front free endpaper. Omar Khayyam's was a San Francisco institution, with Armenian chef George Mardikian at the helm. He arrived in America in 1922, and settled in San Francisco to open his restaurant, and later another in Fresno. He also had a radio program with the same title as the book.

Heavy chipping to jacket extremities, with 1" piece lacking from upper rear panel, lower half of jacket spine lacking, else good; first published in 1944.
