Lauren Haynes is an herbalist, writer and the founder of Wooden Spoon Herbs. Her work centers around connection with the natural world through medicinal plants, and has been featured in Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Vogue and New York Magazine. She lives in Napa, California with her partner.
