Goines used model Courtney Leigh Murphree to pose for this poster, and wrote of his inspiration, " Her date's just a little late and it's not the first time, either. Fourteen years ago she was a lot more forgiving and a lot more tolerant but a lot of water has gone under the bridge since then, and if Mr. Right doesn't come through that door pretty soon he's going to find that the woman he was to meet for dinner has gone off with Mr. Right Now. She's still the woman she was but we've been apart for years. She's found another and so have I, but she's not soft and gentle anymore and neither am I. If I ever was. Her hands are still folded over a glass of red wine, but we see her from a different perspective." DLG 117.
