Bookplate signed by Alice Waters mounted to half-title. The first book published by Waters about Chez Panisse, her restaurant that at the time was barely a decade old. Pappardelle and fried eggplant, thyme blossoms with oysters and green fettuccine, lobster and scallop ravioli, and other lovely seasonal dishes. Very faint stain to upper front jacket panel, else very good.
