A traditional Chinese cookbook, with recipe titles printed in English and Chinese, and atypically printed in China. Recipes include steamed shad, potatoes in spun sugar, "Szutu's Fish," prawns in soya sauce, "Fairy Meat," spring onions with mutton, pickled vegetables, etc. Near fine and quite scarce.
