Naturally, there are wonderfully-named American drinks like "Bosom Caresser," "Boston Flip," "Stars and Stripes," "Rocky Mountain Punch," "A South Coast Cocktail," "Hot American Punch," etc. Front free endpaper lacking, minor chip to spine head, else very good and quite scarce.
