A stunning album in color of decorative cakes by Dresden-based baker J.M. Erich Weber. Weber was a prolific writer about baking for professionals, and his pastry work was some of the finest in Europe in the early 20th century. Occasional foxing, small bumps to lower corners, else near fine.
