One of the best layouts I've encountered for Hawaiian cooking, with sections on ingredients as well as hybrid cooking that reflects just about every Hawaiian combination of immigrants you can imagine (Japanese-Finnish, for instance). Kona coffee, macadamia nuts, mango, Hawaiian fish, game, and ohelo are just some of the individual subjects covered.
