Includes two recipes from Mrs. Calvin Coolidge (coffee souffle and pineapple salad), along with a copy of a letter sent from the First Lady's secretary agreeing to send them to be included. Recipes contributed by association members, and ads for local businesses throughout. The three memoranda pages (plus a blank leaf) are filled out in a neat, contemporary hand, with recipes for veal birds, Scotch broth, and white cake, and President's fruit cake. Upper corner of title page clipped, else very good.
