A yearly almanac of recipes for making Mexican sweets, this one from 1936, covering pate de fruits, creams, marzipans, budins, flans, cookies, and even cocktails. Some recipes include budin Cubano, flan de coco, cocktail de cerveza, chic cocktail, bolitos canarios, tamales de coco, jaletina de almendra, etc. A calendar of the year through August lists all the Mexican holidays and Saint's days. Mild chipping to upper edges of wrappers, dog-earing to lower corners, else very good and bright. Scarce.
