A nice but incomplete book of Spanish recipes from the early 20th century (lacking several pages near front and rear, incl. free endpapers). Intact recipes are for various masas, buñuelos, salsas, and regional Spanish specialties like cocido Catalan vs. cocido Madrileño.
Good condition with some internal faint dampstaining.
