Formed in 1944, four years after the founding of the American Church in Caracas, the Ladies' Circle contributed numerous recipes from home, as well as a good number of Venezuelan dishes like crema de apio, torta de cambur, mango jelly, stuffed chayotes, tequenos, tostones, fried ocumo cakes, auyama soup, dulce de lechoza verde, bollos de maiz tierno, etc. Very good condition.
