The New York Times bestselling cookbook author and Substack sensation shares practical strategies for making weeknight dinners easier, faster, and more enjoyable – even when you don’t feel like cooking.

With four little boys two years apart and a full‑throttle career as an online creator, Caroline Chambers often doesn’t feel like cooking and she’s built a whole brand around that very real truth. A New York Times bestselling author and beloved Substack recipe developer, Caroline has become famous for making dinner doable when life feels impossible. Her superpowers are eliminating unnecessary steps, minimizing dirty dishes, and turning weeknight cooking into something accessible, stress-free, and as fun as possible. While plenty of things stand between you and a delicious meal, the biggest obstacle is almost always time. And that’s true for Caro, too! She’s running a business and chasing after four little boys and still finding ways to get dinner on the table.

In her new book, What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking: Make It Fast, Caroline pushes her signature approach even further, offering full‑flavor meals you can pull off when you swear there’s “no way, no how” dinner is happening.

Join Caroline for a wide-ranging conversation on building a brand while balancing family and learn Caroline’s tips for nights when you truly can’t be bothered to chop a single thing.
