Join a heartfelt conversation about food, hospitality, and how the simple act of gathering around the table helps us build community and feel at home with each other.
For Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer, the Israeli-born chefs behind London’s beloved Honey & Co., cooking has never been just about what’s on the plate. Their restaurants, cookbooks, and podcast are all rooted in a simple idea: hospitality is an everyday practice of generosity, connection, and making room for others. Join Itamar and Sarit for a special evening with their longtime friend, bestselling author Samin Nosrat.
“If you’re messing about and you can’t pay attention to your guest, that’s the worst thing. Nobody cares if you flambé stuff.” – Sarit Packer
“The food does not matter… It’s the chance to sit and talk and connect with people.” – Samin Nosrat
“The food needs to be just good enough.” – Itamar Srulovich
Itamar and Sarit’s newest cookbook, Honey & Co. Daily, brings that shared philosophy home. Filled with vibrant, approachable recipes inspired by the food they serve at their neighborhood café, the book celebrates the meals we return to again and again: the ones that nourish us, bring family and friends together, and remind us that the best food is often the food we share.
Together with their friend Samin, they’ll explore the traditions that have shaped their cooking, what hospitality can teach us about welcoming and belonging, and why the table remains one of our most enduring places for conversation, memory, and community. Following the program, the authors will sign copies of Honey & Co. Daily.
Premium Ticket: Begin the evening with an intimate reception in our festive sukkah, where food, hospitality and community come together over seasonal bites from Loquat and the chance to celebrate with Sarit Packer, Itamar Srulovich, and Samin Nosrat before their on-stage conversation. Premium tickets also include a signed copy of Honey & Co. Daily and reserved seating for the event.
Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are the chefs and co-founders of Honey & Co., the beloved family of London restaurants, cafés, and food spaces they launched in 2012. Born in Israel, they met while working in professional kitchens there before relocating to London, where they both cooked at the OXO Tower and later became part of Yotam Ottolenghi’s pioneering restaurant group: Itamar as Head Chef of Ottolenghi Notting Hill and Belgravia, and Sarit as Executive Chef of NOPI.
Known for vibrant Middle Eastern cooking, exceptional ingredients, and generous hospitality, the Honey & Co. family has grown to include Honey & Co. Daily, Honey & Co. Studio, and Honey & Co. Great Portland. Together they are the authors of five acclaimed cookbooks, beginning with Honey & Co.: Food from the Middle East, which was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, Food & Drink Cookery Book of the Year by the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards, and Best First Book by the Guild of Food Writers. They also host the podcast Honey & Co: The Food Sessions, contribute a regular recipe column to FT Weekend Magazine, and write for Guardian Feast and other publications. Above all, they are beloved for bringing people together with warmth, generosity, and unforgettable food.
