Oh Faon !: Pâtisserie de Quartier (Jérôme Raffaelli)

“Oh faon!” a Marseillais would say. “Oh, how good it is!”: this is how one could translate the pleasant surprise when tasting the plant-based pastries of Oh Faon! Marseille, the great Mediterranean city and global metropolis, clearly inspires Jérôme Raffaelli and Kevin Yau.
The local produce and the seasons provide treasures (fruits, herbs, oils…), sublimely showcased in 50 recipes that capture the taste of the landscape. Stroll through the garrigue, Raspberry, Monte Bianco, Matchattak, Pear Sun: in this ode to the city, the hinterland, and the spirit of travel, the pastry chefs season their creations as if they were cooking. This neighborhood, plant-based pastry shop, respectful of all living things, has an animal as its emblem: Oh Faon! Let us rejoice!
