(Soda) For Those Who Drink Genuine Nehi Quality Beverages.
$45.00
/
8 pp. Illus. with various drawings & photographic images. First Edition. N.p.: Nehi Soda, c.1928.
1928 was the year Chero-Cola renamed its company Nehi, after its popular fruit-flavored soda line. This booklet lets fans know what they can buy using Nehi soda caps as currency, from particular general stores in Oklahoma (listed on rear wrapper). For instance, a Goldsmith Standard Official League baseball cost 85 cents plus 85 Nehi crowns, while one-piece Nehi-branded overalls were $1.50 plus 150 crowns. A football could be had for 69 cents plus 69 crowns. Fine.
