W.W. William Wallace "Tiny" Naylor 1898-1959, known to everyone as "The Waffle Man," opened his first waffle shop in 1926 and by 1946 had grown his business into a chain with 32 locations in California. Their specialty was whole wheat waffles, as well as a lengthy cocktail selection, listed on verso. The two specials lists laid in here have hand-drawing portraits of two children on versos, no doubt illustrated by a caricaturist in the restaurant!
