(*NEW ARRIVAL*) (Charcuterie - Berkeley) Victoria Wise with James 'Chooch' Potenziani. Recipes from Pig-By-the-Tail Vol. I: Everyday Treasures Hors d'oeuvres and Main Courses
$95.00
/
24 pp. Illus. with drawings by Jennifer Gobe. Pictorial wrappers. First Edition. [Berkeley]: Victoria Wise, 1980.
A very scarce little book from Berkeley's famed charcuterie shop, Tail-By-the-Pig, which opened in 1973 on Shattuck Avenue across the street from Chez Panisse following Wise's tenure as the first chef at the restaurant.
This booklet has recipes for pate brisee, charcuterie-stuffed potatoes, pigs-in-a-blanket Susanna, and much more - all accompanied by charming drawings.
Fine.
