Trader Vic was a leader in the early tiki drink movement, which became popular when soldiers came home from the South Pacific after WWII. Cocktails herein, many of which are rum based, are given inspired names like Devil's Leap, La Florida daiquiri, shingle stain, rum julep, haote pikia, etc.
