The first issue of this iconic food magazine, put together by David Chang, Peter Meehan, and Chris Ying. This issue is quite scarce, and features articles by Anthony Bourdain, Ruth Reichl, Karen Leibowitz, John T. Edge, Harold McGee, Juan Arzak, Ivan Orkin, et al. And of course, the focus is on ramen! Very good.
