Warmly inscribed & signed by Daniel Bouché to an old customer, remembering their time at his last restaurant, Le Petit Montmorency. It was there that he trained chefs like Philippe Jousse, Yves Bainier and Christophe Jacques Lidy. Faint splotches to menu (exterior and interior), else good.
