(*NEW ARRIVAL*) (San Francisco) The Louvre - Leading Restaurant and Family Resort

$60.00

Menu, 2 pp. 9.75x7", pictorial cover printed on tan paper. San Francisco: The Louvre, Nov. 3, 1904.

A rare pre-1906 earthquake restaurant menu from San Francisco's The Louvre, located downtown at the corner of Eddy and Powell Sts. Owned by Jesse Meyerfeld, the restaurant moved post-destruction to the corners of Eddy and Fillmore Sts. The restaurant specialized in the German dishes of the owner's heritage, as well as San Francisco specialties like crab in season. Short tear to center fold, some foxing and spots, else good Scarce.
