An enormous menu from one of France's finest and most important restaurants, with the interior two pages being the wine list. When he opened La Pyramide at the age of 24, Fernand Point had no idea he would come to be considered the father of modern French cuisine. His wife continued to run the restaurant after he died in 1955, at the relatively young age of 58.
Tiny thumbtack pricks to corners, a few faint stains to covers, else good; scarce.
