Trader Vic's opened in 1940 in Honolulu, co-owned by Vic Bergeron and Granny Abbott. This early menu lists all the Hawaiian-American "tiki" grub they were known for best: pineapple sweet & sour, Trader Vic noodles, pork spareribs, won ton, Chinese-American dishes, and tiki cocktails like a zombie, a scorpion, a daiquiri, okolemaluna, etc.
