ABOUT THE AUTHOR & THEIR BOOK:

Benjamina Ebuehi - Having appeared on The Great British Bake Off as a quarter finalist in 2016, she now works within the food industry developing modern and exciting recipes with a minimal, uncluttered approach to her styling. She has spent time assisting other stylists for both editorial and commercial shoots whilst also styling independently, specialising in baking.

Benjamina is also experienced in leading baking workshops and classes for private events and press launches and has worked with numerous brands including Glossier, Baileys and Amazon. Her debut cookbook, ‘The New Way to Cake’ was published in 2019 and her second cookbook ‘A Good Day to Bake’ was published in March 2022.

Kristina Cho is a cookbook author, home cook, and baker based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her debut cookbook, Mooncakes and Milk Bread, won her two James Beard Awards in 2022, Best in Baking and Emerging Voice. Her cookstyle is influenced by her Chinese heritage, Midwestern upbringing, and sunny life in California. She's also the creator of Eat Cho Food, where you can find all her creative and joyful recipes.
